Sue Quartermain – Our experienced clinical psychologist
Sue is a clinical psychologist who has worked for nearly 20 years across a broad range of clients of all ages in both the public mental health sector and private practice. She has also worked extensively within the trauma field. The focus of much of her research and written work has been on childhood trauma and sexual abuse.

Our treatments
Sue uses a range of treatment modalities including CBT, psychodynamic approaches, play therapy with children, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Interpersonal approaches.
Sue has a holistic approach to treatment. Different approaches work better with different problems and different people. She believes that change can only occur within the space that people are ready to work within, but out of that space, a deeper understanding of one’s self can develop in the face of change.

Consultation fees
Rates are well below the Australian Psychological Society recommended fee and are payable at the time of the consultation.
A Medicare rebate for clinical psychology services may be applicable if you have a referral from your GP under a Mental Health Plan. Bulk billing may be available under some circumstances.
